Reasoning Statement: 

I believe that this picture showcases my ability to establish a safe, inclusive and respectable learning environment for a diverse population of students because at this dance I was chaperoning there were 350 students who attended and it was my job to make sure every student was safe. When I was able to prevent that fight from beginning and then afterward regain that student's respect I believe I created an environment that was not only safe but also respectable.
